I like the theme of this book that focuses on promoting spirituality, among other things through meditation. Human beings are mainly spirits, souls, energy, I believe that meditation is always useful and helps us improve our abilities. I would like to read this book.

Seems like an informative read but doesn't sound like my cup of tea. Great review!

Spirituality books and self-help books are not my cup of tea. The author tried to do his best to explain spirituality and the benefits of meditations providing the examples and links to videos so I'm sure the book will find its reader. Congratulations on becoming BOTD!

I don't read books about spirituality. Although, meditation is proven to be helpful so many people might find this book interesting and useful.

Crying is my forte! I don't usually fancy yoga stuff. But the book comes free, so I guess I'll read it especially with the enticing review.

It's so hard to call whether books like this will be helpful or not! This seems like an interesting book anyway, I'll give it a read

I love the fact the author's writing is more on the side of being realistic and practical rather than forceful and declarative. I think the book would be a pretty useful read for those interested in spirituality. I definitely find some of the book's aspects to be intriguing. Thank you for the thorough review.

Thanks for the review, but I experience "spirituality" only through God and Jesus; I don't get down with that new-agey chi and chakras stuff. Hence, I definitely will not be reading this book.

I so agree with the review. I have read only chapter one so far and this book is refreshing and soothing. The reading experience is like being washed of stress and hurt and having it replaced by bliss. Thank you, WakunDaMa.

As my current pregnancy has been more challenging (mentally and physically) than my last, I have been practicing meditation and movements to help. I think this book may be helpful in that sense. I love that it is not based on religion. Nice review.
