As someone who has suffered from low self-esteem for a long time, I believe that this book would be a good read for me.

Thank you for your review!

This is a book that will inspire many readers, myself included. Sandra Cooper is brave enough to overcome her adversaries and finally find her place. I will recommend this book to others.

This sounds like a truly valuable book. The only thing I'm not thrilled about is the church part you mentioned, but otherwise it's definitely a book I'd like to read. Thanks for the great review!

I like that the author was able to talk about problems from her own experience, as well as the fact that the book has a corrective effect on low self-esteem.

The very first sentence of this review is a question and my answer to it is a firm "no". I may be wrong, but I believe that one can't learn from strangers mistakes. You learn from experience, your own ethics and moral compass. No offence, but I will skip this book, but congrats with BOTD anyway!

A best cure for low self-esteem can be found in the book "Trauma To Triumph" by Sandra Cooper, which contains a painfully honest account of Sandra's struggles through life with growing up without parents love. I feel this book is appealing to grab a copy.
life is only knowing the unknown, we can do this by reading books easily- Online book club is a great place for this. This is what I believe.

The author does not only have an impressive life story but she also manages to use her experience as a psychotherapist to help those who feel lost in a world of pain and suffering. I'll add the book to my reading shelf. Thanks for your review!

I love reading non-fiction self-help books. after reading the full review I want to get an insight into Sandra life .right now I'm reading a similar type of book But the fact I hate about the current book is that it's 440 pages. The book trauma to triumph is just 186 pages .looking forward to read the book soon
