When I read about reviewing the book from my personal perspective, it is a reversible process of controlling our thoughts, feelings and reaction from the events of our daily lives. If we have control over our thoughts, feelings and actions, then this is a happy life procedure. I highly recommend reading it.

Congrats BOTD. :techie-reference:

The author has included many aspects that make the book accessible to people looking for direction. The Process with three easy-to-remember elements, the colorful images, and the workable plans are all positives that motivate readers to put this plan into action. I enjoyed your review! Thanks for the inspiring summary of this book.

This is a very nice review, but this kind of book is not right for me. Perhaps those looking for ways of introspection to turn their lives around will find it right up their alley. Congratulations to the author for achieving BOTD.

"The Process of Living" by Bill DeBarba - The author has written a book to explain a powerful Process of self-actualization which is based on thoughts, feelings, and actions. He writes clearly and to the point and suggests that accepting a new idea is not the problem, letting go of the old and moving out of your comfort zone is very difficult. Many will find this book life-changing. Thanks for the succinct review.

The Process seems to recite complicated things in just 73 pages throught simplified examples. Thought, I am not much into reading philosophical books, a short book can work for me.

It seems hard to dispute the author’s central point that our thoughts and feelings influence our actions, and therefore what happens around us as a result of our actions. Your review has helped me determine that this is a book I can probably skip — thank you!
