"Connecting the Dots" by Lia Russ is a book that prompts readers to question their paradigms. Paradigms mean socially accepted thoughts that govern society's view on some subject. At the same time, paradigms can act as limits. I like the scientific discussions in the book.

I agree with the concept of unleashing a person's potential. Most times, societal paradigms can lead people to believe something that is not exactly. There is the need for one to break free from these group beliefs and unleash their potential.
As long as there is a concept of victors, the vanquished will always exist.

This is a wonderful opportunity to learn about paradigms and I also learned about how limiting some paradigms could be. This is a very enlightening book.

From the book's cover, I didn't expect this is gonna be a non fiction. The discussion on how science support intuition and connections is intriguing. Thank you for your detailed review.

Connecting the dots is an insightful book on how we connect to everything. The different sections on the physical, psychosocial, and emotional areas of connection and understanding help to frame and break down the author's theories and experiences.

I enjoy books that challenge societal norms because I've realized that the norm isn't always right. In fact, the public often enforces bad ideas more than good ones—this book questions paradigms—socially accepted thoughts that shape society's views on various subjects. For example, in the movie "Money Heist," viewers root for the thieves, especially the ingenious Professor, despite their criminal actions. This widespread support for the "bad guys" illustrates why it's essential to question the norm. This is a great review and it has definitely drawn me to the book, and I look forward to it. Congratulations to the author on BOTD.

From a sampling, this seems like an interesting book about questioning paradigms in one's life and society. It might be worth a second look. Well done.

The point that the author provides a detailed look at the paradigms and beliefs that impact readers is worth mentioning in the review. She discusses intuition, spirituality, meditation, and science. Great review! I am glad that you enjoyed the book. It does seem intriguing, and it will be a good read. However, at my age, I am getting a little sick of all the self-help books on the market. This, being the author's life work, makes me want to read it, though, as I don't want all of that work to go to waste.
