Any book, in my opinion, that aims to improve wellbeing, health, and tranquility is unquestionably a good book. Without a doubt, I'll read this book. Best wishes to BOTD.

Health tips? This sounds like an interesting nonfiction book. People are prone to forget about caring for their health because of several reasons. However, this book is like a good reminder. Good review.

Uplifted by Susan Smith Jones, Ph.D., sounds like an informative book, especially for individuals who are on a journey to wellness. I don't mind reading the book to learn one or two things. Congratulations on the BOTD.

I think Americans suffer greatly from the constant hurriedness of life. Overstimulation, work stress, family stress, and other things have caused emotional and physical decay. This book has a Christian perspective, but it would be great for anyone seeking peace and serenity in their life. Thanks for the great review!

I loved reading your review. This book is especially vital in today's fast paced world. Many of us have no time for properly caring for ourselves as our greater focus seems to be on work, increasing income, having successful careers. If we do not take care of ourselves and our bodies, we pay later. I like that the author provides clear, easy to follow suggestions on how to improve our quality of life and health. Kudos for making it to book of the day.

I am curious to see which characters the author uses to explain her teachings. I am not too excited about the Christian references, though.

This book highlights arrangements of inquiries for readers like me to pose to themselves. These inquiries help in a kind of self-determination that will be useful. It was critical the way that the writer centered the instructing of this book toward balance. The vast majority attempt to eat a fair eating routine to take care of the body. We plan our schooling in a fair manner to take care of the brain. This book shows approaches to finding contemplations or center focuses to adjust approaching data to assist with taking care of the soul. thanks for the we written review and congratulations to the author on BOTD.

Recently, my opinion on self-help books has shifted favorably. I recognize that keeping an open mind is essential for allowing such books to work their "magic." Even though it appears that this book has a Christian perspective, I believe there are lessons to be learned from it for everyone, regardless of religious affiliation.

Peace is golden and anyone who preaches peace should be listened to. Alot of people need to read books like this to get a grip of themselves. The young especially are suffering from the "hurry sickness "
The book will be appreciated by many
