I would love to understand the issues with modern plumbing. A book on the topic would explain a lot, and I’d love to learn from it.

The reviewer has done a good job of presenting the book in an engaging way that illustrates its importance. I think the book has a great idea with a simplified explanation of a big topic like plumbing. It is one of the most important systems in any home. I liked providing pictures and including the sense of humor. Congrats on BOTD

Definitely not my cup of tea, because I really don't think it wise to risk it myself and prefer to hire professionals. It is a much more sane choice for someone like me, since even my complexion makes it impossible to plumb. Congrats with BOTD, anyway!

When I saw the book cover, I immediately thought it was going to be about magic or science fiction. How wrong! The Truth About Plumbing by Avram Friedman is a book about modern-day plumbing and its issues.

Plumbing and plumbers! This is not an area I'm confident to navigate on my own. But knowing what the author covers in the book will surely help us ignoramuses on the topic.
