- Oh my goodness, I didn't know that either. I must read the book, to see if I can learn anything more like this. It has been a very informative review. Thank you.Until I read this book, I wasn't aware that my behaviors were a type of communication that could affect others' health and our relationship.

This book is intended for a person's self-development using tools in developing healthy communication.
In the relationship with society, the surroundings, the world in which we live, and the changes that occur to us and their consequences in the future.
All of this is in relation to everything that is personal, relational and societal, so it is as important as it is to develop communication in order to emerge.
From that narrow angle in order to delve deeply into the concepts that constitute effective and healthy communication, The writer has given several explanatory notes that are relevant to all areas of life, while providing some advice for understanding the basics of health communication.
Overall, a good book that I recommend.
