This looks like good stuff. I would have eaten this book up during my working life, especially since I used to teach customer service to corporate clients. If you serve in any customer service area, you can never get enough of this good stuff.

Karen Root's book "Signature Experience" outlines a revolutionary strategy for companies looking to provide their clients with a memorable and pleasant experience. Customer service is a very vital part of any organisation, and this book will be of great help to teach its importance. However, I don't read nonfiction, so I'll be skipping this one.

Signature Experience by Karen Root entails comprehensive details about delivering excellent customer service. I had no idea there were books on offering exceptional customer service. I believe everyone in the corporate sector needs to read something like this.

Customer experience is key to any business and how it thrives. This book details practical points on how to create a signature experience as your business’ USP and how to make sure it is implemented consistently. However, I was annoyed by the errors I found in reading just the Introduction.

I agree that customer service is the main part of running a business. Without customers, there are no profits or business. Great honest review of the book.

The concept of Signature Experience touted as a unique, customer-focused approach that transforms organizations into customer-centric powerhouses is a novel one for me so as someone who is fascinated with marketing and management strategies, I’m definitely looking forward to digging into this book to be enlightened and informed. As an entrepreneur , this is a great book to read and master every instruction. Customer satisfaction is always the desire of every institution. The customer is always the boss and therefore the satisfaction of the customer is the success of the enterprise. A handy book.
