I agree that the real estate market is dominated by extroverts, and it's a great approach to ensure introverts also have a chance at succeeding in this sector. The fact that the audiobook is only an hour long makes it a worthwhile read.

Base on the review, the book talked about how extrovert dominates in real estate and it ensured that introvert around the world that feel like because they are introverts so they can’t succeed when it comes to real estate but the book base on the review makes us understand that introverts can also succeed in real estate just like extroverts and that’s a good approach base on confidence boost for introverts

Base on my opinion, it’s a good book and I will give it a ten out of ten (10/10).

Thank you for such a thoughtful and thorough review. As someone who also identifies as an introvert, I really appreciated how you highlighted the book’s focus on embracing introverted traits as strengths rather than obstacles. I’m especially intrigued by the sections on time management, networking, and leveraging technology—those are areas where introverts often face unique challenges. It’s great to hear that the audiobook narration by Luke Welland was engaging and professionally done; that definitely adds to the appeal for me. I’ll be checking this book out not just for real estate advice, but also for the broader personal and professional development insights it seems to offer.

Bradley Fagg’s Quiet Success: An Introvert’s Guide to Thriving in Real Estate approach to this book made me really happy. First, for generally teaching about real estate, a topic I have always been interested in and second for narrowing down the message to fit introverts. Congratulations on the book of the day.

"Quiet Success: An Introvert's Guide to Thriving in Real Estate" by Bradley Fagg is a motivational guide for introvert professionals. I think most sales people believe one needs to be an extrovert to be successful in sales. While this may be true for used car salesman it is far from the truth for many sales positions. In order to advance to management at the insurance company I worked at for 32 years I had to agree to become a successful insurance agent. I left corporate headquarters to become an insurance agent at a location where there were not any really successful agents. I had never sold anything but Boy Scout candy to raise funds for summer camp but I knew that I could do it. I was willing to work very long days that somedays exceeded 14 hours in order to close sales. While agents are taught to never leave an appointment without a signed application I did not agree with this approach because I did not want customers to cancel the policy when they had a change of heart. I did not close the sale until I believed the customer was ready. This is very true for life insurance. While auto and homeowner insurance is required life insurance is not but it can be the most important policy a customer purchases. I had a customer that I sold auto and homeowner and then conducted a capital needs analysis to determine what this family needed to meet future needs. They wanted to put their children through college and save for retirement. I asked what the wife would do if her husband died and she did not know how they would survive. I talked life insurance and they asked if I could wait until the auto and homeowner insurance policies issued and I told them I would personally deliver their auto and homeowner policies and then we could talk about life insurance again. When I delivered the policies they purchased a life insurance policy that would meet their future needs. Two years later the husband died and he was in his early 30s. When I delivered the life insurance settlement check the wife was so thankful that I sold them a policy that would provide for their needs. While this strays from the topic of selling real estate which is a totally different product but I believe I could do it without being too much of an extrovert. This book clearly proves how introverts can be successful sales people. Selling a customer’s home and helping them find a new home requires trust between agent and customer. This book consists of 10 concise chapters that cover the important traits of an introverted personalities and highlights introvert strengths. I have bought and sold a few homes in my adult life and I always looked for real estate agent that would listen to what I would like to receive from a sale and what I was looking for in a new home. I asked for advice on best areas to live in and we priced the home in line with comparable homes in the neighborhood. I enjoyed reading the sample because it identified the introvert qualities that give them a competitive advantage over extroverts. This book is ideal for introverts in any profession and extroverts that work with introverts, managers and recruitment specialists. To be successful in sales one needs to size up their competition and accept the fact that they are not going to change their personalities. Introverts can use their unique skills to manage meetings, develop employees and create deep connections with customers who will trust your advice and feel much more comfortable in a relationship with an introvert than a loud talking boastful extrovert. I highly recommend this book.
