I'm not into non-fiction and management is definitely not my cup of tea. But I have read the review and should say that the book will prove a real gem for those people who are in the managing position. Besides I like that "respect" comes first, because I do believe that without respect there is no good working environment. Congratulations on becoming BOTD!

I no longer need this kind of book as I am retired now. But it sounds like it would have been helpful when I did work. A way to manage with respect! Thank you for the review.

I'm not in the business field, but due to my dad being in it and me at one point wanting to follow in his footsteps, I attempted to read the book "one minute manager', and it had some advice that I still carry with me today. From your review I can tell there might be some advice I in this book I could benefit from, more specifically the communications portion. Will probably give this a read at some point, but if I hadn't gotten a free copy thanks to the author, I probably would not pick up something like this

I don't read non-fiction as a rule and have little to none interest in human resources and proper management. Congrats on BOTD, but I pass this book!

Based on the review this book is not something that I would enjoy reading. I am not a fan of nonfiction. I do not have an interest in books about business or how to act in the workplace. I also have no interest in human resources or management so I will pass on reading this book.

Respect is the key to success, and this seems to emphasize on it in a clear manner.

Thank you for the great review.

Excellent review. It looks like this a book all managers need to read. I'm sure this will become a must have for all managers. Congrats on the #BOTD

This is a must read for me I hope I can be a better manager of people than the managers I have had the misfortune of being under who demand respect but are totally disrespectful. The workplace would be a different place if we treated others the way we would like to be treated

The theme of Managing With Respect by James P DuBreuil seems interesting. However the book is not my cup of tea. I will recommend it. Great review!

The ethics work should be part of employee and employer's structure. This conduct is not working in the same team with ego and job's title, that some people use to define themselves. DuBreuil work's appreciative and educative. Management is fine craftsmanship and this guidebook present the foundation of leading. Thank you for your insightful review!

Thanks to your great review I definitely want to read this book! I wish I would have had a guide like this when I was managing in the healthcare field! I am in a voluntary leadwrs6hip role now and hopefully this book will assist me in being a better leader!
