I like the path the author has taken in regards to weight loss. I know all to well how ineffective weight loss fads are long term. I would be interested to read the book to get more insight into his approach.

Good review. It is an interesting and unusual concept - change your mindset to loose weight. I agree with you that this is a very simple approach, which is the beauty of his plan. Thanks for the review!

Quite a resourceful guide to attaining permanent physical fitness. The path to perfect health begins by a shift in the perspective of the food value, as to whether the food we eat also gives us energy and vitality, or just nutrition. The review was great though.

I like your review and the plot of this book. I like that Greek mythology is the foundation for the author's take on all of the fad diets that we try throughout our lives. I have not done those diets, but I have heard of many of them. I think that the author is right about the way in which we think about and view food is what leads us to make the decisions that we make.

Thanks for the educational review! I would not have guessed that this book was about nutrition and dieting based on the title. While I am on a personal weight-loss journey, I think that I have enough suggestions and advice at this time so I think that I will be passing on this book.

I think that this may be a good book with the fact being that it has potentials to help other individuals dealing with weight issues. I would like to read it because I myself have put on some pounds that I would really like to shed.
