Things about this book that captivate my attention are the title, the author and the content of the book. This is my kind of book. Nice review.

The position of a leader is a very delicate one. This is a book that all leaders should read to make them leave a legacy that worth emulating. Of course am a leader and am going to read it.

This sounds like a great book for those interested in obtaining leadership positions. This book is not for me, but I appreciate the author's straightforward discussion in the book. Congrats on the book of the day. Great review.

Ugh I can't stand when there are too many names in a book to keep track of. Admittedly, I was turned off my the cover and title. I would never choose to read this type of book. But the fact that he engages the reader with personal stories makes it more appealing. Nice review!

Everyone needs to equip themselves with leadership skills because, one way or the other, everyone is a leader, whether leading others or one's self. I will do well to add this book to my shelf so I can learn some lifelong skills from the General. Thanks for the recommendation, I enjoyed reading your review!

I like that the author teaches about leadership through his memoir. The best part of the book for me is the examples that one can apply and the fact that the reader can get an insight into the U.S military is a bonus. I am definitely reading this book soon.

This book sounds incredible. I love leadership books because I feel there are times when supervisors are good at their job but have been promoted from within and never learned to be leaders. I am excited to read this book and get the valuable information offered as I try to progress in the ranks of my company.

Definitely not my cup of tea. Never had any measure of interest in the current subject matter and don't think it will ever change. Therefore sorry, but I will have to pass. Congrats on BOTD all the same!

I must say that I fell in love with the review which automatically made me fall in-love with the book. it is educational, enlightening and entertaining. on top of everything, it is well written with no grammatical errors and makes use of the simple language. it can easily be understood by any reader as it incorporates the US army.
