Sounds quite interesting but organizational reads are not my type so I'll pass on this one.

I like Dr. Jim Bohn concepts in this book. For instance, his approach to creating healthier companies by making employees always feel happy in an organization, which positively impacts on their productivity. Thank you for this review.

What a lovely review. I like the fact that the reviewer could relate to the book and also share a bit of her experience in human resources. Although it's quite a bit lengthy

This Organizational Engagement model seems plausible and might work if implemented well. I also get your concerns about the quality of the research studies this author relied on, and I hope that this aspect will be reviewed since it is the foundation of this author's argument. Thanks for this comprehensive review.

I like the cover, but didn't expect the plot. As for me, I prefer less working hours with good salary that's all 😂. Thank you for the well written and detailed review.

This definitely sounds like an interesting assessment of employee quality of work. Especially since a lot of people are now working from home and a lot of things have permanently changed for many companies. What made employees happy to work has changed and it may be time to re-evaluate.

I'm sure this is a fantastic resource for companies. However, I will pass on this one as it's not really one I can relate to. I appreciate your excellent review though.

Your Water Cooler Could Talk, how are you doing among corporations. The theory is that happy employees will be productive employees who are glad to spread cheer to customers the story is very interested.

I was also not aware of this organization culture however I find that quite intriguing and will instead be checking this book out.

Unfortunately, I will have yo skip this book because I have no interest in the subject matter. I have no use for any practical advice it provides in organization and productivity or dealings with employees. Sorry and congratulations with BOTD!

I quite agree with Dr Bohn's suggestion that corporations should focus on what employees can do in order to increase productivity and profit. This book is about Dr Bohn's approach to creating healthier companies. Its worth giving a try.

I love this review .
What would benefit an employee might be a detriment to another. I would love to find out the cure to potential illness of companies in measuring "employee engagement " and "organizational engagement" to improve my knowledge of being better; a member of the Human resource team. Thanks to Dr Bohn.
