This review reminds me of my younger brother, who almost died of cancer at his early stage. It's just the prayers of my parent that kept him going till the very end. I really will love to read this copy

First Survivor: The Incomprehensible Youth Disease Advancement is the account of 3-year-old Louis Unger's long term fight with neuroblastoma and his family's endeavors to acquire the most ideal consideration for him.

In the event that you or a cherished is engaging malignant growth, or other perilous conclusions, this book is a fabulous manual for exploring the clinical world. While it narratives their particular experience, the instruments and approaches they took as a family can be helpful for any circumstance. Each clinical finding will be unique, as will each treatment. Yet, there are a few strong standards illustrated in this book that ought to be useful to anybody wanting to be a patient backer

I would energetically prescribe this book to anybody hoping to study patient backing more and to hear the extraordinary story of Louis' recuperation. My rating is 5/5 and an excellent work

I'm not a fan of memoirs of any kind, so I won't be reading this book. However, I sampled the text and felt that the author has a fine, conversational style that highlights his heartfelt journey. Congrats to him on his achievement.

Congrats on BOTD!
When I consider what poor Little Lou went through, it makes me sad. I'm relieved to learn that the Unger family's efforts were effective, though. I would have loved to have gotten a copy of it, but I won't since it's too complicated. It was a well-written review.

Mark Unger has performed a tremendously brave task of writing this book after walking on an incredibly traumatic road to Lou's recovery. It was heartbreaking to read the sample pages just imagining what Lou and his family would endure during his treatment. Although this will be a difficult read due to the intense emotional content, I will read this book because of the hope and courage it offers. Congratulations on being selected Book Of The Month!

After being diagnosed with cancer at just 3 years old, Lou's doctors didn't have much hope for his survival. But, that didn't stop his parents, Mark and Mary Ellen, who would go on to become fierce advocates for thier son, and now families everywhere in similar situations. Today's BOTD is both educational and inspiring...definitely a must read! Thank you so much for the amazing review! :-)

Mark Unger and Mary Ellen are terrific parents. They deserve a medal for their approach towards Louis' condition. I am certain that other children with similar condition will survive because of them. Amazing review.

It is very traumatic for any parent to see their child in pain. Hearing a death sentence is absolutely unthinkable. This family fought the disease and their child's life was saved. It sounds like a truly inspirational story that can provide hope to people fighting a devastating disease.

This seems to be an exciting book. Cancer has always been a dreaded disease. Having it is termed a dead sentence. However, Lou's survival was more to the credit of his parents not satisfied with the status quo. Thanks for the review.
