As a freelance entrepreneur, my goal is to grow my business to the point where I'd have many people working with me. To do that, I'd need to update my management knowledge and skill regularly — both for my business and the people I'd work with. This was my motivation for opting to read and review Inside the Mind of a Successful CEO by David V. Mastran.
I love how you state your goal as having people work with you and not for you. I think that team attitude and the help of this book would make you a great manager.
Thank you for the great review!

Inside the Mind of a Successful CEO is a down to earth management book with great insight for attaining managerial prowess. The author did a good job by pointing out the mistakes managers make. This would be of immense help to any would-be manager. Congratulations BOTD.

I have always been one big on self-help books, especially those on management. My days of being an entrepreneur have passed, and I'm retired, so I will pass on this very informative book. Thank you for the excellent review! :tiphat:

This book would be very helpful to many people who want to become managers, but also for existing managers. I think managing people would be a hard job due to different personalities, views, moods, etc. To get some proven advice on how to maneuver a management position is a good thing. Very nice review!
