As I am about to retire, this book is suitable for me. Although I do not live in the USA, I think the issues addressed here are the same everywhere .

Review of Taking Charge: vol. 2 more Stories on Aging Boldly

Wow, it's amazing learning how the old actually feels from this book. It brings to mind that being old isn't the END of life, but a time to plan More for life.

This will raise awareness about the struggles and solutions of an adult to the challenges in life. Also, real life stories would bring more feelings and learnings to the readers. Thanks for the review.

This book seems to cover a wide range of challenges faced by elderly people, backed up by both statistical data and personal stories. I agree that this would be a good read for old and young readers alike. Aging is something none of us can escape and that we might as well embrace and learn about! Thanks for the recommendation.

Nice book. I like the issue of fraud discussed in the book. Older generation don’t really understand it and are more vulnerable to it. A very interesting book indeed.

This might not be the type of book I read, but it will help older ones to some extent. Thanks for an honest review

From a sampling, this seems like an interesting book focusing on the issues and challenges that the older generations are facing that are affecting the younger generations. It might be worth a second look. Well done.

I always considered it the best working model to teach by example and this series full of suggestions and sage advice is illustrating this principle perfectly. I will have to research the rest of the books and work my way through them successively. Congrats with BOTD!

Wow, I don't think we come across books on old age. Books this days rather portray youth and beauty forgetting that we all get old someday. I enjoyed reading the review.

I love the concept behind this one. I think this topic, that older people can be empowered to take control of their lives, is one that is not usually covered in non-fiction books.

Growing old does not have to be a death sentence. Many would need to see this to allay their fears and worries about old age. Thanks for your review.

The book speaks about the prospect of growing old and the different ways in which the elderly are abused. One such is through fraud. I agree with the reviewer that the information given is not only for the elderly but also for the young. Thanks for the review.
