When I first saw the cover of Connecting the Dots by Lia Russ, I thought it would be a book about questioning one's beliefs, roots, and thoughts and piecing truth into truth. Reading the sampled pages, however, I realized it goes much deeper than that.

This book is exceptionally well done a good book every single person must read. A book that bridges between the two physical and spiritual. A book that helps with our healing practices that we need to heal ourselves.

I like that “Connecting the Dots” by Lia Russ challenges us (the readers) to become aware of paradigms that may be limiting us unconsciously. I also like how the title seems to give us a hint of the solution (by connecting the dots of data/knowledge) to becoming more enlightened people. In addition, I appreciate that the book talks about both spirituality and science, giving us a balanced outlook. It seems that this book is both long enough and deep enough to empower its readers. I added it to my future read list.

What an interesting concept, connecting all the different aspects of our lives. Recently I've begun to connect more with nature and I'm especially to read her take on this.
