An interesting biography "Rescue Me" by Katherine Starr, which tells us about the life of a athlete, Annabelle Cripps, whose life was made miserable by her coach.
life is only knowing the unknown, we can do this by reading books easily- Online book club is a great place for this. This is what I believe.

Memoirs are not my cup of tea but I have read the review and the author has had a pretty difficult life. I'm glad the author overcame that horrible period of her life and helps now other athletes deal with their problems and traumatic experiences. I'm sure the book will find its reader. Congratulations on becoming bOTD!

What a beautiful book on overcoming trauma and 'failure.' Katherine's story, once more, demonstrates that overcoming obstacles is in everyone's lives and comes in many shapes and colors. Katherine decided to help others, to support others who had gone through the same traumatic experiences. I strongly recommend reading this amazing, motivational and heartfelt book.

Your comment about "Rescue Me" truly captures the essence of the book's message and the journey of its protagonist, Annabelle Cripps. It's inspiring to see how she overcame adversity and found the strength to create Safe4Athletes, giving voice to those who have suffered similar experiences. Your insights into the book's strengths and areas for improvement are insightful and well-articulated. I agree that early inclusion of the psychological analysis could enhance the reader's understanding of Annabelle's struggles. Lina Mueller's review of Rescue Me by Katherine Starr is beautiful highlight of the main facts of this book. The five paragraph review is very interesting and interactive one. As a reader I did not lose interest from the start till end. The review is very coherent and sequentially deals with the main facts of the story. The reviewer appeared to be very introspective, she asks so many questions in the review but provided only a few answers in order to help readers not lose interest in reading the book by themselves. Lina did not only introduced the main facts of the story but also gave her analysis and opinion very objective, she mentioned what liked about the story and why.
She also highlighted the number of errors in book. She gave it a four out of four star rating with proper justification and rationale. Finally, she recommended the book to other interested reader who are either athletes or have gone through any serious trauma in life. It was a lovely review to read through.

"Rescue Me" by Katherine Starr is a deeply inspiring biography detailing the resilience of athlete Annabelle Cripps, who overcame sexual abuse to empower fellow athletes through Safe4Athletes. A compelling read for both sports enthusiasts and those seeking inspiration in overcoming trauma.

For me, I fell in love with the story of a little girl who with pride and confidence said "I can swim", from there on I was hooked. In Africa when you shine, darkness swallows you as sexual abuse happen to rising stars without them acknowledging that they are victims for fear of losing what they have. "Rescue Me" by Catherine Starr does not just give voice to victims but courage for one to shout I am a victim Rescue me!.
Thank you

It's a great pity that Katherine was sexually abused and how it affected her life. It's great that she overcame the trauma. Helping other athletes who had similar experiences must've been very rewarding. Thank you for the insightful review.

This review was one of the best reviews so far I have read, the number of details and necessary things to include for a review made everything so perfect. However the story isn't really of my type but for real reading your reviews makes to attracted to the story.
I value the learning process through feedback. If you have a moment, I'd be grateful for any thoughts on my work to help me enhance my skills. :tiphat:

A great and honest review.
Thank you.
We always believe that affluent people have it all and have a clear path to success.
The story and dark challenges revealed by Annebelle Cripps is a clear reflection that not everyone shares the same path . This sounds like a fascinating read, congratulations to the author!.
