A lot goes into leadership and most importantly, during crises, leadership is very important. Bringing out leadership from a biblical standpoint will no doubt inspire especially those of the Christian faith to read it. Leadership is never an easy task, especially because people mostly hate change and the primary job of a good leader is to lead towards change. This book provides anyone willing to understand what leadership entails, or just wanting to acquire knowledge about the subject, the tools and experiences to draw from and apply in their leadership journey. Great review. Congratulations on BOTD.

Another beautiful book on leadership.I love the biblical approach to leadership. Thanks a lot. This book reminds of “10 Leading Tools” by K G Butler.

This book talks about leadership, especially in regard to change. It seems like an interesting approach. However, it's not something that I would enjoy reading. Congrats on BOTD though!

in times of loss, it is more important than ever for a leader to stay hyper aware and listen to the voices around them. Although people like to appear strong, its the voices of others that often make us the strongest, thanks for writing this review

Normally, I’m not a big fan of anything with so many religious references. However, the fact that the author used them as examples of good leadership instead of pushing any particular faith on the reader has caught my interest. It sounds like it could be a good read for leaders and potential leaders. Thank you for the helpful review.

This sounds like an intriguing self-help book. I really have no need for a book on leadership since I am retired, but younger people still in the workforce should read this one! Thanks for the great review !

Great review. As a leader, I find this book very informative and educational. Sometimes, being in a leadership position you are not able to see yourself from outside, as another person would. This book encourages you to peel back a layer and to consider that as leader, you may be the head but the voice of the entire team matters. Kudos a well-written book and for making it to today's read.

This BOTD is a great means to learning a proper way to lead. All to often leaders believe harsh, demanding styles are the way to get people motivated. There is the saying “easier to catch bees with honey “…... I was very impressed with the review, it had me riveted and excited about learning. I question the author referencing religion throughout, but I’ll have to wait and see.

A guide book for leaders in times of turmoil. Real life events and references to Tòrah added credence to this very relevant book. A good review that promotes this BOTD.

Unfortunately, I have to admit that I have zero to none interest in studying religious teachings of any kind. Don't get me wrong, I don't lack spirituality per se, but I was told too many unsatisfactory things about official religions from the people inside the churches, that I am quite apprehensive regarding them and prefer to skip this book.

Well-written, researched, and edited, today's BOTD is an informative nonfiction book about leadership that references stories from the Torah to explain the main points. In addition, readers will learn how people react to change and why. Those interested in learning how to become a better leader or influence change, especially during times of disorder, will want to give this one a try. Thanks so much! :-)

Change is inevitable, and a leader should be able to lead his followers through changes, both big and small. I am curious why the author zeroed in on the Torah. I am guessing he is a big fan of Moses, the recognized author of the Torah. I am a Christian, and I would be ecstatic if God would be as involved with mankind's present woes as He was during the time of Moses.

Using Bible stories and true life stories to buttress a point is already an indicator that this book will be a worthwhile read. Beautiful review.
