Great review!, as the writer has elaborated, to be a good psychotherapist, preparations before meeting clients is very important since the whole work is about treating mental disorder so if the Doctor in question is not well prepared or has sound mind then career is as stake.l love to read more.

Thanks for the great review. This book sounds interesting. I am glad that it has "Additional examples of documents and paintings". It will be of great help since I am a visual learner. I look forward to reading this book.

Very insightful review. After the stressful lockdown period, a lot of people needed psychotherapy, so such a book is welcome for them and for therapists as well. I like the fact that it has plenty of examples.

I commend the author's efforts in adding to the awareness of mental health through psychotherapy and the amount of work and research that must have gone into making this book. Although I have no interest in it, I feel like it will be of help to others. Congratulations on being the BOTD.

I know nothing about Psychotherapy and although this sounds like an informative book it isn't one for me but I appreciate the great review. Many thanks.

As mentioned by the reviewer this book will mostly benefit those who are in the field but others are not forced but welcome to read it too, as it as only 115 pages. "I ravaged the pages to discover what I disliked about the book but all in vain."- It was researched thoroughly and the review was excellent. Thank you.

Given the pressures from the complex realities of life in the world today, a lot of humans find themselves heading towards strange psychological circles. Some don't even know whether their problems are medicinal or psychological. Hence, it is refreshing to come across this book that details how psychotherapists can enhance their skills and client relationships, as well as some helpful insights to help individuals figure out the status of their mental health. I appreciate Michael Hegarty for writing this book.

From the sample, I learned that the author and his partner are both battling the dreaded C. The author said that the material has become irrelevant. But I think we can make it relevant if we use it to bless others. I also believe in talk therapy. A sincere listening ear is precious to the burdened.

It would be great to learn more about psychotherapy even though I have never read a book about it. The positive aspects in the review makes it's more promising.
