This is a great review. I like it that the reviewer gives credit to the author's non-conformist style. I too love the way he sees things and I believe we have been strongly influenced into believing some things by society as well as academics. I believe this limits our thinking and I'm encouraged by the author through his book that I should think outside the box. Thanks for the review.

Thank you for the well-written and thoughtful review. My impression is that Bob Gebelein's exploration of life, happiness, and personal development in "Happiness and Survival" is not only compelling but also thought-provoking. His courage to challenge conventional beliefs and carve his unique path to happiness is admirable. In addition, his seemingly dedication to truth, rejection of warfare, and commitment to humanity's greater good are admirable principles that shape his life and work. By sharing personal experiences and insights, Gebelein seems to invite readers to reconsider established norms and embrace alternative views, making his book essential reading for anyone on a journey of self-discovery and personal growth.

"Happiness and Survival" by Bob Gebelein is a thought-provoking exploration of the relationship between happiness and survival. Gebelein delves into the idea that happiness is not just a pleasant feeling, but a fundamental aspect of human existence that influences our ability to survive and thrive. He argues that by understanding and prioritizing happiness, individuals can lead more fulfilling and resilient lives. The book combines insights from psychology, philosophy, and personal anecdotes to offer a holistic perspective on the pursuit of happiness and its significance in our lives. Overall, it's a compelling read for anyone interested in the intersection of happiness, well-being, and survival.

This is a splendid review of what appears to be a helpful book. I'm not into self-help books and I am at an age where I am comfortable in my own skin. So I'll leave this one to the youngsters and wish the author a hearty congratulations.

Definitely not my cup of tea, way too sophisticated concept for understanding to someone like me, whose self-learned English won't allow me to get the whole thoughtfulness and depth the author applies in this book. Sorry, I will have to pass, but congrats with BOTD, anyway!

The promotion of psychotherpy and thinking outside of the box in regards to ego, spirituality, and physicalism is a key theme in this book. The reader is encouraged to find happiness in their individuality. This book will be an interesting read.

I really like the fact that the author used their personal experience to give examples in the book, thanks for pointing that out in your review!!
