I found Dr. Feagan's writing style to be remarkably accessible, even when discussing complex ideas. Often, books dealing with philosophical or spiritual concepts can be dense and difficult to understand.

This book offers a fascinating exploration of the spiritual realm through shamanism, Santeria, and the testimonies of individuals who have encountered spirits. By bridging cultural perspectives from Cuba, Africa, and India, the book provides a thought-provoking look into the mysterious and often misunderstood world of spirits. Nice review.

I believe there's a realm beyond the physical. I have seen things happen that transcends normal or scientific explanations. However, I try not to lose sight of my present realities in trying to understand these spiritual happenings.

Everything I read about the paranormal or supernatural is fictional books full of adventure and mystery. I for sure avoid anything non-fiction related to those subjects, especially if it is the second part of an unknown series and has something to do with religions and other spiritual practices. Apologies, I will have to pass your book, but still congratulations on BOTD!

I still think the spirits exist, but because we live in a science-dominated world, where facts, data, and experiments are the rule, so anything that goes against that is shunned upon. So I think this is an interesting book that I would not mind to read to find out what case the author is making on this fragile topic.
‘When you do a good deed, people are grateful, and that creates a nice feeling inside you; and then because it feels good, that makes you want to do more good deeds. That repetition is the cycle of goodness.’

This book explores the spiritual causation of things beyond human control. The author explains how some people can see and communicate with the spirits. Some spirits use humans as mediums to communicate. Readers interested in paranormal activity can give it a read.

I'm not really into the themes discussed in this book such as the existence of spirits or saints. It does seem interesting for people into the possibility of the existence of other lives and creatures and religious aspect of it means people of all religions can enjoy reading the book. I'll pass on it but will recommend to its suitable audience.

I don't really put much effort on the supernatural, so I may not be the best audience for On Spirits: The World Hidden Volume II by Dr. Joseph Michael Feagan. The ideas about spirits do sound intriguing though.
