"Donkeys are not the Problem - Who are the Riders?" seems like a meaningful read for readers who enjoy exploring Bible stories in-depth. The mix of scripture and metaphors makes it insightful. Congrats on BOTD!

I completely agree with this review, I started reading the book and was confused from the very first page, I expected that the book with have provided further clarity as I continued but low and behold that clarity never came.

Kemas Lift Goforward's adult Christian book explores the donkey in the Bible and its role in human life. Donkeys are loyal, territorial animals that help humans accomplish God-given tasks. Despite the complex language, the comparisons between Bible stories and modern life will appeal to many.

This review provides a thoughtful analysis. It highlights the book’s strengths, such as its well-integrated biblical references and thought-provoking comparisons, while also noting its challenges—heavy scripture use, complex metaphors, and a demanding writing style. The balanced critique effectively conveys both appreciation and areas for improvement, making it useful for potential readers. The three-star rating reflects a fair assessment of the book’s depth and accessibility.

I agree the initial point of view the mention in the Bible and the lesson we learn from this is really deep. It can assure to claim the rewards from life. And when I say claim the reward I don't mean any real cash or medal or trophy but the self attainment values and morality, which are actually more important and precious than other materialistic rewards. It's a great thought of the person that shapes the human nature and it varies from person to person. It's really nice to hear different point of views from the others as per their perspective.

Thank you for your informational review. I also, felt it was rather heavy and too in-depth for me. I hadn't thought about donkeys in this way in the Bible. I'm glad it was edited well and you did get some out of it. I will pass on this book though and hope others will learn more from reading it.

Basically it says that donkeys have always been there helping humanity, being faithful, hardworking and with a clear mission. But the problem is not them but those who ride them.

A book that shows us the importance of being loyal to God through stories of the donkey.

I am not christian and have not read the bible, so I don't think I would enjoy very much this kind of book. I do find interesting the theme of comparing the different bible stories with donkeys to real life through metaphors, but I feel like it could be interpreted both ways, both as a loyal subject to a certain god/leader and as a clueless servant. I do wonder if the author considers both options while exploring the different stories or if they only take one side. I would love to see a two-point-of-view study of it, contrary to this one, which, at least from what I could grasp through the review has a pretty clear view/belief.

This book is about the attributes of a donkey from a Biblical view. I liked reading the sample where the author discussed the story of Balaam. The author used many biblical Scriptures to explain the concepts. Thanks for the review. Congrats on the BOTD!

This is a religious book that emphasizes the importance of loyalty, purpose, and serving God, much like a faithful donkey.
