It's awesome that Earle put God and his family above everything else. This is an inspiration for our generations. Great review. I guess I will read this book.

More than that, she hopes that "Earle's life story and his legacy provide the inspiration for anyone in any stage of their life to realize that your thoughts create beliefs, beliefs create attitudes, attitudes create behaviors, and behaviors create results.
This book sounds really intriguing! I really like how it's written as a labor of love in the form of biography essays. I'm a little scared it may sound too preachy though when it comes to the religion part, however, I think everything else sounds pretty darn good. Especially how so many people came together to put together such a piece of work. It's not exactly my cup of tea when it comes to having religion thrown in, but I will definitely give this one a shot. Thank you for the review.

I read reviews and I am really confused by them. I just don't get it why everyone makes out the simple truth that "people should be appreciated and honored why they are still alive" into some kinda great revelation. I was raised that way. And though I am sorry for author 's loss, in my opinion, some things need to stay private.

It's so sweet that she wrote this book to honor her husband. I hope she can get some editing help to improve her, as you put it, labor of love.

Linda Eatmon-Jones is a loving wife to get this book written about her husband, Earle. It shows what others think about him that so many would contribute to this book. Congratulations to the author for being chosen as BOTD. Thanks to the reviewer for your excellent review.

This is beautiful in every way. I also agree that people should be celebrated while they are alive and the fact that it was made into a collection of essays makes it more interesting in my opinion. Great review.

It sounds like Earle is a great guy! I like how the book is comprised of essays from many people that know him. Different people can know a person differently, so it is always interesting to see someone from many perspectives. This is not a book for me, but congrats to the great Earle, and the author(s)!

Personally, doesn't seem like the type of book I'd normally read. But, the Author's dedication to her husband is admirable. The fact she seeks out numerous people of all professional backgrounds to contribute essay's about her husband is amazing, and absolutely "a labor of love". I do agree, and hope that reading the book helps others agree, that you should honor you loved ones while they're here with you because you never know when they can be taken away without a moments notice. I do hope they go through the second edit, as grammatical errors in a book are always a turn off for me. :techie-studyinggray:

Written by Linda Eatmon-Jones, Touchstone celebrates the life and accomplishments of Earle Francis Jones. The author thinks that it is important to praise and honor people while they are still alive. With this book, she has taken the opportunity to honor her husband's admirable life. More than that, she hopes that "Earle's life story and his legacy provide the inspiration for anyone in any stage of their life to realize that your thoughts create beliefs, beliefs create attitudes, attitudes create behaviors, and behaviors create results."
Indeed, it is important to praise and honor people while they are still alive. It's quite impressive of Linda to write a book to honor her husband's life.

This book goes to show just how devoted she is to her husband. Not many people would take massive amounts of time writing about their spouse. That in itself is inspiring to me.

This book is a real labour of love. Kudos to the author for this. I hope I will be able to find the time to go through this book as I believe it would be a helpful read on character building and live experiences. A nice and helpful review. Congrats to the author on #BOTD

It is heartwarming to know that there are wives who can be genuinely proud of their husband's accomplishments and are willing to blow a trumpet about it for the sake of helping others become their best selves.

Sounds like an inspirational biography written by a very loving wife. Not my cup of tea (I don't really read non-fiction), but I enjoyed reading your review.
