There's no denying that we all need healthy food and nutrition to have a healthy life. But knowing the appropriate proportion and application strategies is one thing, I would love to find out more about.

A book about health is a good read from time to time. Yet, all of them claim to tell the truth, meanwhile contradicting many theories.

Fitness and Health is an issue that has a lot of materials written. To get an expert to talk about is rare and commendable. Sounds like an informative book. Great review.

Don Roberts presents an in-depth analysis of various facts and myths in this book. I like how he explained different exercise procedures and healthy foods.

This is a very useful book. A lot of people start doing sport expecting the results without realising that there should also be healthy eating and the appropriate lifestyle. And this book gives the explanations of different exercise procedures and healthy foods and their proportions in detail that will be very helpful. Congratulations on becoming BOTD!

A well-researched book "Wellness Toolbox" by Don Roberts that classifies various recommendations on fitness and nutrition into facts and myths, and thereby helping us to know which information to believe to and which information to ignore for keeping ourselves healthy. Hope the book could be quite useful.
life is only knowing the unknown, we can do this by reading books easily- Online book club is a great place for this. This is what I believe.

The review does make it sound like the book contains well-researched and qualified information. There is a surplus of 'right' information out there, and I'm glad that this book tries to clarify the issue of conflicting health statements. Congrats on BOTD!

I agree that there is so much information on health and fitness that it is sometimes difficult to determine the effective from the ineffective advice. It sounds as if Don Roberts does a commendable job of detailing what works.

This book focusing on what the facts are vs the myths about fitness and nutrition sounds like could be a useful one. It's great the author includes personal stories and that he uses his 27 years of experience as a fitness and nutrition coach to write this book. It's nice that through the serious topic there was some humor within the illustrations included. Also, I like how you pointed out the author uses simple language to explain his points. Good to know the small errors did not disrupt the flow of the book. Though I don't think this is for me, I'm glad you found this to be motivating, educational, and a good resource. Thank you for sharing!
