From a sampling, this seems like an interesting autobiographical account of the author's father and uses Bible verses to demonstrate how it can be hard for some people to put their trust in God. It might be worth a second look. Well done.

I really like the core message of not letting money and power take over what's important in your life. I don't, however, like that it's faith based. I'll have to pass on this one based on that. The authors father does seem like a wonderful person though. Congratulations on your BOTD 👏 Thank you for this insightful review also.

A religious book about the life that the author's father lived. That sounds great, though I'm not so much into religious texts. Thanks for the review.
We're all philosophers. When there's a tough choice to be made, when faced with the facts of birth, love or death or simply when thinking about what we want to do with our lives.

Unfortunately, religion based non-fiction books are completely not my cup of tea, even through I really enjoyed reading review about it. Anyway, I would like to congratulate author with BOTD!

This sounds like a really unique combination of biography, memoir, and Christian literature. This isn't a genre I personally read, but it does sound very well written!

I think it would be such a profound experience to describe life with my father in writing. What a lovely idea. That being said, I really can't stand religious books, so I have to pass.

This sounds like quite the inspirational memoir. While this is not one of my preferred genres, it sounds like a great read. Thanks for sharing.

It was nice to know the bond between daughter and father so beautiful that she pays a tribute through a book. I am looking forward to dig into this novel to know how amazing their relationship is and how she grew up with a man so principled and God-loving. Congrats!

Thanks for the great review! This sounds like such an inspirational book. I love stories where people's lives change once they come to the realization of God. I love the concept of the "Chuckisms" you talked about. My oldest sister was a very wise woman and a true motivational speaker and she always came up with wise sayings that we called Judyisms, so I really related to that part of your review! This sounds like a book I want to read!

Today's BOTD is a Christian-based memoir in which the author shares her story about life with a wonderful man, her father. From life lessons and photos to memories and "Chuckisms," this sounds like a very enjoyable and inspiring read! Thank you so much for the awesome review. Great work! :-)

I have no interest in religious books, but I imagine it would be a good read for those who enjoy Christian memoirs.
There is no frigate like a book
To take us lands away,
Nor any coursers like a page
Of prancing poetry.
This traverse may the poorest take
Without oppress of toll;
How frugal is the chariot
That bears a human soul!

Thank you for the review of this book, non-fiction is a subject that I don't typically read and the subject of this particular book does not interest me so I will pass on reading it.

The two or three sample pages of King Here were enough for me to give a positive review. The author, Trish Porter Topmiller found a new faith in Jesus Christ and wanted to share the good news with everyone, especially her father. She proceeded to write a personal story about her father. She stated that it is never too anything to meet Jesus, whether you feel that you are too old, too rich or any other excuse.

It appeared that she had a great love for her dad and was quite close to him. Trish is very grateful in life and expresses such gratitude at the beginning of her book, where she thanked numerous persons who assisted her in the production of King Here . It is the little things in life that count. This statement gives thought for reflection.

I do believe that the remainder of the reading would be very interesting and I applaud Ms. Topmiller for her grace and faith
Where there is a will, there's got to be a way :D
