Unfortunately, anything religion related is totally not my cup of tea. I am not into any spiritual teachings and prefer to live according my own conscience and moral code, not by advice given, or more precisely, interpretation of words spoken by others. Sorry, but I will have to pass this one. Congrats on BOTD, all the same!

Finally! At least now I have found something who can think straight. There is even a better approach to perceive the Bible so that it can benefit you physically as well as spiritually. Just note that it is not about the Bible, it is about you. Nice one.

I appreciate the balance between practicality and religion. The Bible does have a lot of information that applies to life. Thanks for the review.

The author shows the connection between the secular and spiritual worlds. The secular is visible and palpable. The spiritual is invisible, but that doesn't mean it doesn't exist (like the wind.) Thanks for your description and thoughts about this book.

As an agnostic who used to be a devout Catholic, I don't think this book will appeal to me. However, I do appreciate your review. It covered everything I would need to know about the book to decide whether to read it or not. Thank you.

This looks like an inspiring book. Drawing a connection between the Bible and the diversification of portfolios is inspiring. I will like to take a look at this book. Thanks for your review.

As a Christian I like the idea of searching out verses for practical living, investment and other matters from the Bible. Sounds like a book I'd like to read.
1 Cor 15: 19-20, 26 If only for this life we have hope in Christ, we are of all people most to be pitied.
But Christ has indeed been raised from the dead...The last enemy to be destroyed is death.

Well, the title of the book is quite catchy, but it's not something I would enjoy reading. Thanks for the review.

I did not think that the Bible could be used for financial matters or other modern problems. I like that the author writes in a manner that is short and to the point without sacrificing clarity. I think that the deduction of a star from the book based upon an issue with her interpretation of Scripture makes sense to me.

I'm not religious and I didn't read the Bible, but I appreciate the fact that the author doesn't seek to alienate the reader and that the book has great pacing that makes it easier to read. I don't know if this is my kind of book since it doesn't seem to bring something new. But thanks for the informative review!

This is informative for people who are not well versed with the Bible. I like that the author moves to another topic and not expound too much unlike other self help books. Thanks for your review
