I like poetry very much. I don't know how much this would befit me. Probably need to check out the sample before I decide. Great job right the review.

I agree that sometimes poetry can be boring but I realised that once you get to understand the meanings behind them it’s not that dull. This sounds like an interesting book that could make you appreciate poetry.

I'm not interested in poetry so I don't think I'll enjoy reading this book. Thanks for the review!

I feel like poetry is so often overlooked nowadays! However, it is so meaningful and I think many people would benefit from a little dose of poetry now and then. I love that there's a book like this that makes poetry seem more "approachable." You've convinced me; I'm definitely going to read this book! Thanks for the review!

I too never really enjoyed poetry and always preferred prose. I like that this book goes into the relevance of poetry because I’ve heard poetry has been an important tool throughout history and I’d love to learn a bit more about that

Some people definitely shy away from poetry, thinking the interpretations will present too much of a comprehensive challenge. Poets often employ a use of vague verbosity to sound more musical or give their passages a melodic rhythm, and while some readers love that sort of literary dance, others avoid it entirely. I appreciate that this author speaks of poetic relevance and goes on to include exercises that help guide readers through interpretative approaches. I’ll be checking this one out soon!

This book's unique writing style will help the reader to easily relate with the persona of the poems and even comprehend the subject of each poem.

I think poetry is an art that needs not to make sense, or be understood by every reader. I think poetry is there to make us feel something, because that's what art does. Thank you so much for the wonderful review!

This book seems like one that would be really useful for those who can't fully grasp the importance of poetry, or those who are trying to get into it but don't know where to start. While I am normally not necessarily interested in poetry, I did recently sign up for a class in which I think this could be helpful. I believe this could help me appreciate the poetry more in my class when the class begins, so thank you for introducing me this book with your review!

I like that the book is focused on introducing readers to all the richness and finesse that poetry has to offer. It is commendable that the author has structured a relatively simple process in 12 steps towards a better interpretation of poems.

I'm not a big admirer of poetry, partly because I don't know how to interpret it. Im not interested really interested on learning how to understand poetry at the moment. This appears to be the type of book to have on hand while dealing with Literature. Thank you for the review!
