Thanks for a wonderful review. I am glad that Moon had a wonderful relationship with his earthly father and later developed one with his heavenly Father. As inspiring as Moon's story is, I don't generally enjoy Christian literature unless it is exegetical.

This book shows how you grow as bad things like the death of all the family members you have in your life and discovering that Christianity was the best way to help yourself heal from all the pain and that is true interesting bravery strength right there.

Well-written and perfectly-rated, today's BOTD shares the story of one boy's religious journey from North Korea, as a child, to America, as an adult. Filled with courage, perseverance, hardship, and hope, this read will inspire readers to follow their calling, while encouraging them toward a life full of meaning, significance, and purpose. Thank you so much! Your review was excellent!! I've downloaded my copy, and I'm looking forward to reading it! :-)

:tiphat: North and South have came to not liking each other. From what i get is this story is that Chun-Soo doesn’t want his son to get in trouble. Very interesting how much Shang IK isn’t listening.

Moon passed through so many difficulties. War is an event that destroys families, like it did with moon. I don't know if it is for me since the theme didn't interest me, but congrats on BOTD for the author! Thanks for the informative review!

Moon has faced so many dfficulties in life. The war had him fleeing from North Korea to South Korea and then to America. His story of perseverance and faith will surely inspire many readers.

Moon sounds interesting. I’m not sure I would enjoy this because of the violence but It was a well written and thorough review. Congrats on the BOTD

Wow, I'm equally motivated by Moon's reason for choosing Christianity. Thanks for the descriptive review.

I love the book so far; I am a Christian and I follow missionary work somewhat closely. The fact that the author is this engaging with his readers is inspirational to me. Congrats to him on BOTD! :)

I'm not particularly religious, but it still seems like a touching tale of serious gravity. Thanks for the review!
