This seems like a touching story of two sisters. I'm glad that this seems to be a story of second chances. Thanks for the great review.

It seems Sharon and Lisa have been through hard times together. Hopefully, with her sister's help, Lisa will be able to get a handle on her life. I'm not one for memoirs, however, so I'll be skipping this one. Great review, thanks!

I like these kinds of memoirs. It shows a story of how to overcome difficulties. In this case, two sisters and a struggling and loving mother offer us many things to learn. I'm intrigued to know what happened to Lisa regarding her addiction. I hope she got over it.

A compelling story about redemption and second chances. I like that we get to experience the story for each sister’s point of view. Insightful review.

It sounds like these sisters went through a lot: divorce, childhood diabetes, drug addictions, insurmountable hurdles... But at least they found a sliver hope, family, and second chances in the end. Thank you for your helpful review!

The book sounds really interesting. I read the excerpt on Amazon and the story immediately draws you in. However, I try to avoid books with lots of profanity so I will not continue to read this memoir. Thank you for your excellent review of this book.

"In Hindsight" by Sharon Bonanno and Lisa Scott - Sharon and Kisa write a memoir. Each sister writes from her own experience, personality, and pain. A beautifully written, engaging to read double memoir about their joint experience from different perspectives. Creative and compelling. Thanks for the empathetic review.

It’s strange how readily we can identify with other peoples’ stories, and, if we look hard enough, how much overlap we can find with our own experiences. Perhaps that is why memoirs are so popular. I enjoyed reading this review and would like to know more about the struggles these two sisters faced. Many thanks.

This one seems to be a captivating novel of sisterly love. It depicts the reality that life is full of challenges, sometimes it's just ill-luck. Other times it is due to bad choices. I love that this family sticks together and never gives up on Lisa. Sounds like a great read. Thanks for an awesome review.

Memoirs are not my cup of tea but I've read the review and the book sounds interesting and very emotional. Reading about what the sisters have experienced will definitely help a lot of people. Besides the narration from two different points of view where each sister tells her version of how things happened will help this course even more. Congratulations on becoming BOTD!

This would be an enjoyable read. I love memoirs because I don't just get to learn from just any story but someone's actual life story. Kudos to the authors and Congrats on BOTD!

Review is very interesting but it's the last line in review that really made me feel that I should add this book in my reading list. The fact that the book is written in two different point of views, makes me even more interested in it. Thank you for great review.

I like your review and how much you enjoyed reading the story. I like that the novel was an autobiography of these two sisters, but was broad enough to be applied to many familial relationships. Drug addiction within families takes a toll on the entire family and the root causes many times go back to childhood. I can empathize with both sisters since they love each other very much, but life challenges became overwhelming at times.
