These dots are the expression of connections among topics that may appear not related at first, so we must search beyond orthodox thinking. The author confronts us with a lay out of information that may seem unrelated: physical, psychosocial, intellectual, energetic and psychospiritual aspects, all of whom are influenced by the culture, religion, school system, peers, workplaces, epigenetics inheritance and ancestors or history.
The path for a healthier life is to realize that we can heal ourselves now being aware that trauma may be in the past, ours and from our ancestors.
