Using Bible stories and true life stories to buttress a point is already an indicator that this book will be a worthwhile read. Beautiful review.

I like the fact that this book draws lessons from the multiple messages in the Torah that talks about leaders inspiring change irrespective of unfavorable circumstances. Having leaders go the right way is a good thing for their followers. Thanks for your honest review.

'Official Review: Loss and Discovery' by Russel M. Linden is simple and appealing. It emphasizes the strong points of the book for readers. The point that the book offers self-explanatory notes, advice, and direction to people in authority or leaders on how to lead during times of disorder in their organizations is worth mentioning in the review. Also, the point that the author used biblical stories and some of his true life events to explain his points, as mentioned in the review, is remarkable for readers. It was great to learn that the author put an admirable amount of research into his work!

This is a book about change management and leadership with a difference. I was sceptical at first about combining discussions on the Torah with a change management guide but I was pleasantly surprised how well it worked to demonstrate through examples whys and wherefores of change management practices.

A nonfiction book that talks about the leadership role; how authority or leader can rule their organization during a time of disorder. The author also uses bible stories to bring out lessons for the role of leadership. The author's writing style is unique and the words are easy to understand. I'm glad you enjoyed reading the book. Great review.

Even if most of the passages written here are connected to the Bible, I think this book would still be helpful to those who want to try leadership or you want to improve your leadership skills.

Thank you so much for the review!

Leadership is a complex position that requires a lot of strategies to pull through during hard times. I like that the author illustrated his points with facts, especially with biblical passages and real life experiences. I believe that those in leadership positions enjoy the recommendations offered in this book.

Congrats on BOTD. Unfortunately, I'm not interested in the Bible or the Torah, so I will skip this book.

This couldn’t have come at a better time than now, especially in my country where leaders don’t know anything about leading and managing and being true and honest with their behavior and actions. There are different types of leadership so I hope in this nonfiction book will be able to inform and enlighten the leaders about what which type is the most suitable this time and age.

Today's book of the day is a non-fiction book that teaches readers how to lead in times of crises and upheavals through Biblical passages. I think it's a book for everyone since we are all leaders in one capacity or the other. Congrats on #BOTD.

Wow book about change, leadership in times of upheaval. Have not read it yet but am feeling the desire to dive :techie-studyingbrown: into it. What really amazes me is the use of biblical references which is such a big deal for me as Christian. The use of real life references is only amazing especially for the non religious people who believe in facts. Nice review 8)

When I read the title, I was expecting a book about loss of a loved one and what discoveries can be made about that. I was surprised to read that it was related to leadership and the ways people may avoid change. Nonfiction isn’t usually my cup of tea, so I’ll probably skip it, but it does sound interesting. Congratulations on BOTD!

He went on to write about how people would avoid change and how a potential leader should be able to manage it.
Yes, and i totally agree! Change it's unavoidable! Mistakes will happen as we are not perfect. What matters it's how we manage it, how we lead and become above it.
Thank you for the review!
