Considering how stressed I feel all the time, this book might be a good fit for me. Lifestyle choices should be made with the help of a medical professional, but a book like this would be a good starting point. Thank you for the helpful review.

I rarely read self-help books because I find the writing dry and unable to apply to my situation. By adding character development into this BOTD, I hope to see how it allows self-reflection without losing interest. Good review.

When I saw the BOTD I automatically put it on my "not interested" shelf as most books of this type seem to be dry and boring to me. But after reading your awesome review and the sample I must say that I am immediately moving it to my "want to read" shelf. Kudos to the author for BOTD honors.

I have workaholic tendencies, so reading books like these help remind me that taking care of myself is important too and to focus on happiness rather than goals all day long. I have been working on enjoying the journey rather than focusing on the destination. Maybe this book is just what I need right now. Great review!

This self-help book has an interesting focus on physical and spiritual balance to achieve inner peace. It includes doable practical recommendations. Although some perspectives are common in other books of this type, I think we can take advantage of the author's knowledge and research work.

'Official Review: Uplifted' by Susan Smith Jones has a potent introduction. It is an in-depth and detailed description of the book about ways to improve health and lifestyle. The point that the book offers simple, doable suggestions on how to improve one's overall health is worth mentioning in the review. Also, the point that at the end of each chapter, readers find an action step that takes no more than 12 minutes to complete, as mentioned in the review, is remarkable for readers. It was great to learn that this book will appeal most to fans of books featuring a love of nature, positivity, and inner strength!

What a beautiful uplifting book. Your review is outstanding. You fill the entire review with the contents of the book in a well thought out manner. One a personal note... This is a timely book for me and I agree it should get 4 out of 4 stars. Thank you for your time.

I'm glad that the book deals mostly with stress and stress related problems because work stress, family stress, and other things have caused emotional and physical decay.

I appreciate the premise of this book, but I’m uninterested in the topic of meditation. Excellent review and congrats on BOTD!
