Living in an advanced world today, people become lesser and lesser in attending church activities. That is because of the influences we've seen on the internet. I hope that the answer to the second question would be, no-- I hope the church will be prepared for the second coming of God. I prayed! Congratulations to the author on BOTD!

This seems like an interesting book to read for a book club as the majority of topics are important and thought provoking and also good for discussion. Great review.

Congrats on BOTD. Unfortunately, I'm not interested in Christianity and its issues, so I will skip this book.

In as much as things are changing every day, the Bible should be used as a standard in all our churches. Thanks for an interesting review!

Todays book of the day, “Magna Carta R.I.P?” by Jude Meritus is a religious christian book that presents several situations in which Christians face conflicts with present-day politics, religion, and philosophy. I am not really a fan of religious genre but Jude did a great job on being more objective with his belief and not forcing readers to believe his ideals.

'Official Review: Magna Carta R.I.P?' by Jude Meritus has a potent introduction. It well focuses on the theme of the book of significant religious issues that need urgent resolution. The point that the author explores the historical and present status of Magna Carta and presents several situations in which Christians face conflicts with present-day politics, religion, and philosophy is worth mentioning in the review. Also, the point that the book addresses critical issues such as gender identity, threats to the Christian religion, sexual ethics, and the role that the family plays in all this, as mentioned in the review, is remarkable for readers. It was great to learn that this is an exhaustively researched work, a thought-provoking and eye-opening commentary for everyone, especially Christians!

From a sampling, this seems like an interesting book focusing on the Magna Carta's past and present status and the effects that Christians have to face in the "conflict" between politics, religion and philosophy. While it might not be worth a second look. Well done.

The elements of the Bible are murkier than ever given the modern day. The amount of people who twist the words to suit their needs makes it hard to truly understand the ways of God. This is a very important conversation.

Although today's BOTD isn't the one for me, readers who enjoy thought-provoking nonfiction reads that focus on churches and religion, as well as their silence regarding specific issues will want to check this out. Thanks so much for the helpful review! :-)

The topic is intriguing so I’m looking forward to digging into this book to know what’s the author is talking about the recent events which allegedly made the church deviating from the fundamental and absolute truth of the Bible. Very intriguing indeed.

So this book discuss about numerous overshadowed issues related to the church and Christianity nowadays. seems like too heavy on religion. Surely not for everyone. Great review!

Thank you for your great review. It's a shame after putting so much effort into the book, that the editing was poor. As a Christian, I do find that many people are leaving the church so that many children are not growing up in one. I'm sure that those that like history and Christians who want to read in-depth about Christianity, other than just the Bible, will enjoy this book.

Even though this book wouldn't be my first choice, it sounds like the author has highlighted some interesting points for conversation about the church and how it is evolving. Thanks for the detailed review.

I am fascinated by how the proliferation of humanist philosophies is usurping and replacing God's laws.
I congratulate the author for Book of the Day!
