For eastern philosophy this looks like a simple, easy, and good translation of Tao Te Ching. I am not personally interested but I applaud any author who makes a strong effort in translating. Thank you for a very well written review.

This book seems very informative. It teaches us about history of taoism and others which stated in the book. Great review!

One would think the book would have philosophical teachings that people find uninteresting but instead it tells us everything that we already know but have forgotten in our race to run ahead of everyone.Truly a book which brings us back to our senses and helps to understand God and to become a better human being.

Insightful review of this book. Sounds like a great book to read if one wants to begin understanding Taoism and Lao Tzu's teachings but in an easy to understand format.

A well-written review on a modernized book on Taoism and the philosophies of its founder.

While I generally prefer source material to adaptations, this seems like a really fun one. Will probably check it out since you mention that the author deals with the subject in innovative ways.
