Well, it can't hurt, right? Ginger and cinnamon are already a pretty regular part of my diet, but I would like to incorporate more spices & herbs as well. I think it's a great approach to being/staying healthy.

The funny (or sad, depending on your perspective!) is that many readers would probably like a 19-page book. With the rise of Twitter, blogs, and Youtube, some people get used to having their information handing to them in small doses.
