Because the latter part of the book has headings on a number of different specific religions I would pass on it. I know spirituality (feeding our spiritual need) is important and no one can be happy if they exclude God from their lives. However, a personal relationship with God is the most important thing. No one can be truly happy in the long term if they exclude God from their lives. Not all religions lead to peace in the world. Any that would take up arms and go to war may have some beliefs that fit what the author is trying to say, but I wouldn't want to learn about them. Like a bucket of clean water that has a cup of mud in it , I wouldn't want to drink it.
The book is well written and inspiring. Some will find it helpful and life changing.
Chapter * in the list of chapters at the beginning has a wee typo. Life your life of Lessons - should read Live your life... Not a big issue. Some may not notice.
