The review presents a beautiful life story underscoring several life challenges that people face as they go through life levels. Besides, it is a great story to read to learn from the authors personal experiences and how they navigated through different life challenges like fear, divorce etc

The author of "Island Of Misfit Joys," Paul E. Kotz, has skillfully weaved together his own heartfelt and enjoyable path, which twisted from corporate to teacher and all the erratic ups and downs of his life. The book includes several sections that focus on various aspects of his life. This book, in my opinion, will teach us a lot about motivation and a variety of experiences. The book was insightful and entertaining, in my opinion. It reminds us that no matter what obstacles we encounter, we should strive hard to achieve our goals and turn our lives around. It's just my style. I'll definitely get my hands on this inspirational article right away.

From a sampling, this seems like an interesting self-help book using the author's own experiences to help the reader accept unforeseen changes, trial and successes to find some joy. It might be worth a second look. Well done.

Despite the quite inspirational tone in the review regarding this book, unfortunately, it is most definitely not my cup of tea. No offense meant, I just never was drawn to this kind of literature and prefer to face life's struggles in my own way. Sorry and congratulations with BOTD!

Memoirs aren't my thing, and although I like what I read when I sampled a few sections of the book, this isn't for me. But for those needing some inspiration and guidance during these troubled times, I believe Mr. Kotz's experiences will be most helpful.

This book contains experiences from the difference parts of life. I love the underlying message of accepting the changes in the new experiences as they come.
