This remarkable book focuses on the importance of breaking down long-term goals into manageable steps, prioritizing practical implementation over mere strategy, and aligning goals with actionable, tactical changes. I highly encourage it for anyone seeking to gain insights into setting and achieving their goals. Congrats on BOTD!

This appears to be a very comprehensive book setting out a guide to strategic growth. Several frameworks are described. I particularly liked the opening example of the author’s hike in Nepal where the guide broke the day down into small achievable goals.

The review is thorough. A book about business, skills and strategies is not my favorite read. But I think it will add value info to those interested in these fields. Congrats on BOTD

Good job on the review! This book sounds very educational for those who are in the business world. Unfortunately, I have been retired for way too long to want to delve into the business world again.
