This book is a helpful guide to cooking, especially for those who are new to it. Nowadays, packaged food is very popular, but the author highlights the importance of home-cooked meals, which is commendable. Your review encourages readers to pick up this book.

Cooking is a major aspect of all our lives because we all eat. And what we eat matters a great deal. I like that the book is simple, so anyone can easily grasp the lessons. It doesn't need to be 'deep'.

This review highlights how Chef Mary Lummerding's book goes beyond simple kitchen tips, emphasizing the transformative power of cooking for both physical and mental well-being. The idea that food preparation enhances neurological functions like decision-making and sequencing adds an inspiring dimension to the book’s practical advice.

“Kitchen Chaos to Culinary Bliss” by Mary Lummerding, a chef that has advice for people to change the way they eat. Fast food and microwaved meals do not have much nutritional value. She also has found that cooking provides neurological benefits when following a recipe since the cook has to use sequencing, decision making, calculating and following step-by-step instructions. Mary shared decades of food and cooking experience and she also shared her training and knowledge of the catering business. The book is a quick read and members that need improvement in the kitchen will benefit from reading this book. She also shares the most essential tools one needs in the kitchen. This is a handy book for cooks with good recipes but it did not go in-depth enough for the official reviewer to give it a top rating.

Hi @Ohanele Chinonyerem, I just read your comments on the official review of “Kitchen Chaos to Culinary Bliss” by Mary Lummerding and I agree that the book is about eating healthy but there is so much more in this book. Our comments on the official review need to prove that we read the review and the sample. For example, "Kitchen Chaos to Culinary Bliss” by Mary Lummerding, a chef that has advice for people to change the way they eat. @Mrlefy0706
