It's such a joy when you see your classmates doing well in life. The author must have been proud to see that his class produced a president. I believe the book will be inspiring.

A class that yielded presidents, inventors and space travellers must have been an exceptional class in an exceptional school. I so much love that their stories have been documented in a book. It will serve as a source of encouragement to all climbing up the ladder.

In my opinion, from the description, the book sounds like a memoir about the youth years of those who grew up to become new powers-that-be, and I am really not interested in this type of literature. Mostly because I don't believe they are completely truthful; after all, who would ever want to display less than perfect actions and sides of personality?

I am not a big fan of non-fiction, but the book sounds quite intriguing. I'm curious to know how so many class members became famous, as I've always thought most classes typically have only one or two members who achieve significant success.

The Last Book I read was “Shaking Up the World: Stories of the Naval Academy Class of 1957” by James D. Paulk is a collection of stories organized by the author. Each chapter covers a different class member involved in the action. The book is based on what these class members remember of their lives and adventures. Most of the members had become very accomplished and important members of society which is probably the case for all graduates of our military academies. Rate it 5 out of 5-Stars. @mrlefty0706

Hi @Atieno Magero, I just read your comments and thought you might want to share more depth so that the administrative review team would see that you read the review and the sample, i.e. “Shaking Up the World: Stories of the Naval Academy Class of 1957” by James D.
