AI has become an integrative part of our lives that this software can even devise detailed plans for you for retirement. I'm not the target audience for this read, so I'm going to pass on this one. Congrats to the author for having the BOTD.

Integration of AI in our daily lives is going to be an inevitable aspect of our lives in the homing future. This book sets up a beautiful coordination between the old and the new- connecting the people with technology who need the most support because gen Z and gen alpha would anyway learn the stuff to integrate it into their lives but it's the issue of the old, that they won't find things relatable or reasonable enough to invest their time and take interest in learning completely new concepts. This book fulfills that gap. The review justifies the content of the book. I would love reading it and implementing the tips for my grandparents.

"The Art of Aging Brilliantly - 60+ AI Prompts to Live Your Best Years After Age 60" by Stephanie Unterweger is a book about using AI prompts to help people above 60. This book can help seniors manage their time, plan their routines and complete assignments. Stephanie shows how technology can change lives for the better by creating more free time to spend with children and grandchildren. She rated the book 4 out 5-stars because AI can only do so much to help people. It can find information but it cannot replace human ingenuity. I worry that if AI is not controlled, we may see it begin to make decisions on its own and this will severely affect our human existence. Stephanie recommends that people keep a copy of this book with them and refer back to it on a regular basis. Think about everyday activities like planning meetings and sending out meeting invites via the internet or planning a vacation and using websites like Expedia.com to package air, hotel and car rental arrangements. I suspect people over 60 do not know enough about AI but since I am in this age group I know many 70+ people that use these tools on a regular basis. When I think about AI taking over human lives I immediately think about “The Terminator” movie. This book should be read by all adults, not just the 60+ people.

I agree with you on not relying on AI for everything, and especially being careful when it comes to medical issues. But I understand that the author is giving a helping hand to older folks who need all the help they can get.
