I give this book a 4 out of 4 rating.

I enjoyed this book immensely. I was a little taken aback by all the military references. However, as I continued to read on, each reference was carefully thought out and explained. The Message to Garcia was very powerful and awe inspiring. I realize after reading this book that I am a "Rowan" and to be honest it makes a lot of sense as to how I look at things in business and in life.

This book references a lot of little things that you can do to move your business forward. They are easily implemented things and most if not all are free. They just cost you your time which you'll see is well worth the effort.

I look forward to implementing some of these suggestions into my own business and I especially value the chapters on finding, keeping and challenging other "Rowan" individuals and employees. I am looking forward to getting a copy of the Message to Garcia and sharing it with my team and using it as a tool in finding the right employees. Wes uses this message in a very cool way when interviewing potential candidates for his businesses. I can't wait to use them.

This book is definitely something you should put on your list to read. It's an easy read with easily implemented ideas and suggestions. Wes also uses a number of personal stories and references that really bring his points across. It made the reading entertaining and enjoyable.

Nicely done Wes Berry.
