The Solution is Political Revolution: Who is Jillion R. Rising? Is a first-person narration by Jillion R. Rising. The writer is a reliable source of information as the book is an expression of views deemed as the truth by the narrator. The period is from 1907 through 2020. The main locations are New York City and Washington DC. The setting rarely influences the plot because the focus is on governance. The theme of the book is a call to citizens to revolutionize the power of their collective voice and demand change and accountability from those who serve. Known previous work comparable to this book is the epic novel Atlas Shrugged by Ayn Rand. The novel has a similar theme with a phraseology titled “Who is John Galt?”, however, it is a fiction novel.

This is a no-holds-barred book with a riveting plot. According to the writer, there is an attack on the citizen’s winning spirit. The Federal Reserve, the government, commercial banking, lobbyists, Wall Street, along with their affiliated groups, with the aid of the media, are using every tool available to silence, control, and manipulate the outcome of American lives. They want a citizenry, who are divided into political tribes, who conforms, and not innovators who create. The writer presupposes there is a preplanned rift being perpetrated by power-hungry politicians. The Republicans and Democrats are knowingly pursuing a centralized government because they have run out of internal surplus cash to pay the interest on the nation’s growing debt. They are extremely concerned a political revolution could begin to take shape once the citizenry learns the truth about how they have bankrupted their nation from the inside out.

As the story unfolds, each chapter provides an in-depth analysis of crises, case building and provision of stepping-stones to help one understand what the government seeks to achieve as their endgame for its citizenry. The writer’s ultimate intention is to build a unified citizenry and to formulate a game plan that will put an end to a centralized government and a limited future for American citizens.

I liked the writer’s well-rounded viewpoints, thought-provoking questions and shifts in perspectives in the narrative. For instance, is the Federal Reserve’s accounting of $22 trillion debt real, or is this figure merely a digital mirage that the government uses as justification or a scare tactic to collect more taxes? Once generation Y (millennial) ascend into leadership roles in Washington, DC, will the naivety of an educational system that promoted that the world is a fair place be so deeply ingrained in their DNA that it sets them up to fail? The writer’s skillful integration of flashbacks, add to the plot development. For instance, the writer goes back in time and references President Nixon and Roosevelt’s political era to today’s political dialogue -on stagnation vs. regulation, innovation vs. prosperity, unity vs. divisiveness and gold standard vs. fiat currency monetary system.

The writer’s use of analogy for emphasis is humorous not to mention the intricate use of the word ‘revolution’ to denote civil war, the transition from Industrial to Technological era and citizen’s advocacy and lobbying efforts. I also appreciate the expertise of the writer’s extensive knowledge of how the Federal Reserve and banking system function.

Whereas the story makes an engrossing read, the writer could have easily condensed the 175 pages write up to 75 pages. This is because of the unnecessary repetition of previously discussed issues. The repetitions are introduced by opening statements such as -I’ve explained this already, but it’s worth repeating. Yet before getting into my ideas, I thought we should review one more time. To begin the rebuilding process, we must again discuss the root of what ails our nation. Also, to imply that America is one step closer to a one-world currency and one government is a bold statement akin to a New World Order being propagated by conspiracy theorists.

The book is professionally edited with borderline profanity and no errors. I rate this book 4 out of 4 stars. I recommend the book to advocacy specialists, lobbyists, and activists who want to spur on creative thinking and challenge the status quo.
