It seems that the author tried to shed more light on the helpful life-lesson that he grasped through his own experiences. I like to believe that rational works together with our sensations so I'm not sure this book is for me. Thank you for your honest review though! It was very helpful.

It's a shame that this book lacks substance and is unoriginal. Thanks for the honest review.

From your review, it sounds like the author was doing a convincing job of motivating and portraying his opinions but lacked the creativite presentation to pull it off. I think I will be giving this one a miss. Thank you for your wonderfully written review! Happy reading :techie-studyinggray:

This book would have been such a masterpiece, if not for the shortcomings in the editing and the average content. Nevertheless, I'm inclined to believe this read will be worth checking out as the themes mentioned in it are relatively my forte.

Seems like a motivational book written by the typical baby boomer. I agree we should not make impulsive decisions but saying that we are trapped in boxes like gadgets etc? That depends on the people. Not everyone wasting time with gadgets. There are others like me who use gadgets as their office. I actually earning 100 percent online using my smartphone alone. Thus, I marked this book as irrelevant to me representing the social media entrepreneurs.

I read the sample and it seem very generic and bland. I usually like this relaxed, informal tone, but I wish it was a little more complex. I feel like wisdom is very broad and I hoped it focus in on more important elements of wisdom. Unfortunately, I will pass on this book. I hope this book will go through some revision.

Interesting to see a self-help book that lacks originality and uniqueness. But still, it appears the author touched on some critical life issues.

This book seems controversial with mixed comments concerning style and contents. I guess that can happen with self-help books beyond the issue of errors. Thank you for your honest review!

It seems interesting and I like the cover. A pity about the grammatical errors.

Really sounds like a nice book, too bad the author lacks some sense of originality.

That's a good point. People nowadays are trapped in boxes, hence, we often hear people saying about talking outside of the box if we want a novel opinion. This book may turn out just about what it says, Wisdom. I might have a look-see one of these days when opportunity presents itself. Thanks for the review.

I enjoy a book which is straight forward and no-nonsense, supported with good arguments, which seem to be true about this book. However, I prefer unique and creative contents which plays a bit with emotions, which seems to be lacking in this book. Adding emotion can support good arguments. I enjoyed the review though.
