Office politics. There is a fine line between playing along with office politics and playing with the right rules. Feeling stuck in a career can be demoralising and could lead to the wrong decisions being made. I think this is a book everyone can benefit from. Thanks for the review.

The book sounds interesting as it touches an important aspect of the realities of our work culture. Often times, we ignore this predominance and tend to look down on people who won't get promoted. It's nice to learn that the author brings to the fore how it feels when others are being promoted instead of yourself.
