The Ultimate Love by Sherine Anniruth is an inspirational book about pain and grief after losing a child. She wrote it for her son, Nadeen, who past away after a long battle with cancer. This book uplifts and inspires those who have also lost someone dear in their lives. "The strongest person in the world is a grieving mother that wakes up and keeps going every morning" is one of the many quotes she has used in this book. In chapter 22, she talks about stages of grieve and learning to deal with lifelong loss. These includes; denial, a state where the heart is ripped apart, torn and surprised by the loss. It's a stage where you ask crucial questions about the loss of your loved one. Next is anger, which is a natural reaction to sudden bereavement. Then there's bargaining, depression, embracing the truth, and finally reconciliation.

The author wrote about her experience after the loss of her son, Nadeen. This book helped me a lot as I'm also going through a similar experience of pain, after losing my mother to cancer five years ago. She made me realise that I'm not alone and someone else shares the same pain of losing someone and having to endure that pain everyday. I can completely relate to every part of this book, especially where she talks about how pain never heals completely, but keeps coming back. The quotes she used were really touching.

She made it clear from the loss, grieving process and ways to live with this pain. Each chapter brought comfort to my heart. Her strength is amazing, I almost shade tears on the part where she wrote a loving letter to her son, Nadeen, explaining to him how she and her other children were doing. I felt the deep love she had for her son.

I would recommend this book to people who lost someone dear in their lives, and are finding it difficult continue living without that person, wondering how they'll face another day. This book will give you strength and a new purpose in your life, to live everyday knowing that your loved one is watching out for you.

The format was good. It did pass through adequate editing, I found no punctuation and grammatical errors. It contains no profanity, it is therefore suitable for all ages. I rate this book 4 out of 4 stars. If you are looking for a book to comfort you in your loss, since you don't know how to move on, well, this book will help you a lot. The author did an amazing work.

Grieving is apart of healing, and I think we can all benefit in learning how to move on from losing a loved one.
