"Confessions of a Scary Mommy" by Jill Smokler

This is not a book for first-time Mommies, especially first-time Mommies with kids under say eight. But for the rest of us. If you have multi-kids, grown kids...you will sooo see yourself somewhere in this book. It's comforting to know you weren't the only one. Things like " The baby vomited in my hair and I was too tired to wash it till the next day...", yup been there done that...Perfect gift for a Mom on her third kid

I love it! I love books that make fun of motherhood! I only have the one and I've read Jenny McCarthy's Belly Laughs and Baby Laughs and could not stop laughing! It is extremely comforting to know you aren't the only one. That everyone has had the moments of fear or frustration. I'll have to grab this one.
All I need is a new book and a place to read it...
