When I first started reading this book, I did not know that it would take me on this interesting journey of questioning everything I know. Maranatha - The Lord is Coming is a non-fictional book that tells us about Sharon Reddi's encounters with God. These are not small encounters; they are vivid dreams, voices from the Holy Spirit, and the experience of outer-worldly peace. It is something to be envious of. Reddi explains her encounters in detail, you won't believe it a first, but the more you read, the more you know this can only be the truth.

This book is a ray of hope in this dark world we live in. It gives us something to hold on to. We so easily forget about the hope that we can cling to when things get tough. Maranatha - The Lord is Coming is a perfect reminder that we can console in God, talk to him, listen and find peace within ourselves. There is a lot of value that we can find in reading this book.

What I liked most about the book is its uplifting message, so powerful and enlightening. The things Reddi shares with us is almost unbelievable, but in your heart, you know things like these happen. I enjoyed the way she described her encounters, so vivid and real she held nothing back. Each chapter has an illustration of a lion, a dove, and the star of David. It fits perfectly with the theme of Christianity, and there are great power and meaning behind the symbols. There is nothing I did not like about this book.

I rate Maranatha - The Lord is Coming 3 out of 4 stars. The book could benefit from another round of editing. There were words left out of sentences that made it incomplete and sometimes hard to understand. But apart from that, the book is powerful with a moving message. This is not a one-time read; this book is one you will go back to for encouragement and hope. Reddi’s stories are life-changing, a change you want to share in.

I would recommend this book to Christian readers. Reddi talks about Jesus, The Holy Spirit, and God. She explains in detail how her encounters went and what revelations she received from them. Other religions might not quite understand the content of the encounters or not believe what they are reading. This is a book that will change your life and ignite a fire in your soul, and awaken something that will alter your perspective on life. You will not be wasting your time by reading Maranatha - The Lord is Coming.

The title made me curious. I wondered what Maranatha means. I hope the book gets another round of editing to address the issues. Thanks for the insights.
