Official Review: Relax Rejoice and Rejuvenate Vol I

Content-wise this is a great book. As a person "into" inspirational quotes, I found each day's message refreshing and relevant to my life. Many affirmations I wrote down and plan to continue using, such as “I relax while I am working”.
Format-wise I think there can be some improvement. The beginning of the book is filled with picture quotes in between the dedication, preface, and introduction. That ended up being more distracting and drew me away from what was written. For the first 10 or so pages I had no idea what I was reading and ended up putting it down for a few days.
Once the book starts each affirmation comes immediately after the previous on a new line, leaving a month's worth of content on 2-3 pages. You'll inevitably be tempted to skim through an entire month's readings without taking the time to internalize each day's assigned message. Each day's message would feel more valuable if it was given its' own page, ideally with a picture to accompany it. I would feel much more accomplished as I slowly worked my way through the book that way, always looking forward to what the next day had to bring. As an ebook I see this as especially doable. There were also a few typos strewn throughout the book.
I rate this book 3 out of 4 stars. The affirmations Jordan selects reflect the wisdom of a man with many life experiences and much to offer to other people. Every message throughout this book can only add to a person’s life. In a nutshell, I believe that if everyone were to invest time filling his or her mind with messages like this book provides the world would be a better place. Reformat how it's presented for the reader a bit and you've got a solid read.
